We knew what we were after, but actually found a better bed for the same price with matching bedside cabinets and better storage. We had already seen the storage ourselves, but the store representative offered to show us again if we wanted to. He was also extremely clear with pricing, and several times gave us a breakdown of price, including every time before we signed another piece of paper.

It was the 3rd visit and all visits had helped our understanding of what we were purchasing, which was of high value and, for a bed, quite complicated, to the point of deciding to make the purchase. Staff were very helpful, not pushy, and clearly explained and answered any questions, and also assisted each other if necessary.

The colleague at the Slough Store, Abdul was very helpful. He gave us a brief description of every type of mattress identifying to us what the colors meant, understood what we were trying to look for and gave us a tour to the place. He left us leaving us to think about all the options we went through, and this gave us time to digest the knowledge he provided us with. He was quick to react when we looked towards him and his friendly behaviour throughout the whole experience was very warming.

we where welcomed with a cup of tea which was very nice the assistants where very helpful and friendly

ASH who served me had all the experience of demonstrating hw the equipment operates and giving me time to think what i want from what he was showing me. Givng me choices from more than two items and also the accessories to go with the bedding. Offered me a drink of tea that was really nice of him although he dint knw i was thirsty. For all my next bedroom items i wil come to Dreams and I have already told a friend. Good customer service for retail therapy.

Great service and knowledge of product

Excellent service from Abdul who explained everything clearly.

Abdul the sales rep spoke to us when we arrived and offered advice regarding the products on display and explained the colour coding on the products and then gave us sufficient time to explore the items without feeling pressurised. When we had whittled our selection down to 2 mattresses he came over and explained the advantages of each and left us to make our final decision. He also explained about the comfort exchange program.
