Staff more than helpful.

Ash was very helpful, enthusiastic and very hospitable. He offered tea and coffee and made us feel welcome, all with a smiling face which is so great to see! We needed a bed for tonight as we have just moved over from Australia and Ash organised for delivery within the hour which was amazing!

Humza and Abdul were very friendly and wanted to help as much as possible. They both advised on products and product quality without up-selling or pressurising the sale. Humza got us coffee each when we first arrived and made us feel welcome. They were both very attentive and there to help - particularly noted when we checked the condition of the ex-showroom divans and mattresses. Very good service provided - thank you.

Monnis was extremely helpful and gave us fantastic advice based on what our needs were. He listened to our requirements and then gave an excellent range of options. He gave us an excellent range of options that showed us the different value we could get for our money. We will defitnitely be back Thank you for making it a pleasant shopping experience that I had not been looking forward to!

I was sceptical before entering the shop but once inside we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were allowed to browse knowing that the salesman was there for us if we needed him. We asked questions and he gave us the answers and more which allowed us to make a decision right for us. The salesman was very knowledgeable and knew his job inside out. He knew when to step in and be there for us and when to give us the space we needed to think.

I was highly satisfied with my visit and purchase at dreams because i was greeted in a friendly manor and a sales person apoointed without quibble or fuss. All staff were friendly and polite. All of my requests were listened too and at no point did i feel like i was being told what to buy or pushed in any way. The suggestions from sales person were acceptable and pheasable without obligation. My experience was a welcoming one and i would happily revisit this store for further products as required.

When I visited the Slough store I lay on a few mattresses to check which I would be happy with. I found one I was happy with. The sales operative sold me a Magenta which I discovered after the paperwork was complete was not the mattress I'd lay on but was in fact a Kendal according to the label on the mattress in store. The store salesman said they are the same mattress just called the Magenta online. On getting home I checked online and discovered I'd been lied to! Next morning I phoned the Dreams online number and spoke to Charlotte McConnell who replaced my mattress for the correct mattress, I had to pay the extra money, she also gave me mattress insurance cover to help the bitter experience in the Slough store. That made me satisfied. The correct Kendall mattress arrived on time and the delivery people, Dalwar Singh and C.Brenard where very helpful and did their job perfectly. I phoned an enquiry regards the insurance and was told I’m entitled to a free mattress protector which is now in the post. All of the changes. Insurance and the protector has sweetened the damage done initially my experience in the Slough store.
