My immediate impression upon entering the store. The salesman immediately stood up from his desk, was polite but not pushy. He was smartly dressed and seemed instantly to ascertain what Category of product I was seeking. He quite rightly explained the advantages of more expensive products, but did not pressurise me in any way - a good salesman.

The salesman was quick to realize that I was not interested in top of the range products (I wanted a guest bed), but wanted a quality product. He was not pushy, made sure I was informed of the full range, but confined the products shown to sensible parameters. He made me aware of the accessories available, so I was very pleased to be able to obtain 4 pillow cases at a very good price. He was technically very good. He was very smartly dressed, friendly, but respectful. Pity there are not more like him.

Abdul was available at all time to answer all questions. I told him I know nothing about mattresses or beds, he didn't abuse this at anytime (Sales people from other company can learn for this). He wasn't pushing me to buy anything I wasn't looking for (otherwise I would have left to store). He gave me time to look around and think about my decision.

The sales assistant was very helpful knew what he was talking about and made it easier for us to make our choice, very polite and welcoming throughout.

Peter was very friendly, polite, helpful, listened to exactly what we were after and showed us the relevant beds and mattresses. He then suggested and recommended the right one to meet our needs. He was also interested in myself and my husband as people rather than just wanting to sell. Would definitely go back and recommend him to my family and friends.

Ash was very friendly and extremely helpful. He had good knowledge of the products. The only reason we came back the same day was to do business with him.

The staff at the store welcome us and straight away he recognised what we are looking for and came to explain which one is what and show us how to test them.Because of his explanation we did make up our mind quickly
