The assistant listened to what we wanted.recommended options.very polite and helpful and cheery especially as it was still quite early in the morning.offered tea/coffee and help loading goods into the car.

Peter in Dreams was very polite , he knew exactly what I wanted and the order was processed quickly and efficiently . I purchsed additional items andhe offered to meet me at the front door to bring them to my car. I am very happy with the service I recieved at the store!

When we visited, Abdul was the perfect salesman - warm and welcoming without being at all pushy or brash. He was courteous and respectful, asking us if we'd been to a Dreams store before and quickly and clearly explaining the colour coding system when we said we hadn't. He didn't linger or push us towards any particular choice but was attentive in coming back to check on us enough but not too much. He was knowledgeable and we respected his quiet dignity and elegance. He made my partner a cup of coffee and gave no signs of disappointment when we chose to go away and think about things. He is the reason we came back the following day. On that day, Abdul wasn't working so Ash served us. He was very present and available throughout our visit, answering all our questions and offering advice (and coffee!).

Salesman was very helpful the only problem my wife and I had was that we were under the impressions that the salesman was discounting the bed and mattress and give the pillows free. When I got home on checking my bill I noticed I had been charged for the pillows. I spoke with the manager who rectified the problem and refunded the overcharge, and had to chase up with customer services the delay on returning to my account.

We were looking for a mattress and were impressed with the service given to us by Adbul. He asked if he could help us and explained about the colour coding which helped us immensely with our choice. Before we went to dreams we visited other retailers but we're not impressed by costs and range. We have used dreams before and have always been happy with our purchase. We would definitely return to dreams at Slough as all the staff seem very nice especially Abdul and a nice gesture from him was a cup of coffee while we were browsing. It is things like this that make you happy to return to a store again. Well Done with your customer care

You had a fantastic range of beds and accessories with store assistants who were more than helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had the necessary information to make the purchase that met all our needs.
