Not only did the salesman know what he was talking about he was very approachable and good sense of honour.

I was given the opportunity to test various mattresses within my budget and with the salesman help which was excellent. I chose a Therapur Tranquility Gel Mattress with Divan.

We were met on arrival in the store by a welcoming staff member who offered us a cup of tea and gave us information without being intrusive or pushy.

Hi, I walked into Dreams Slough along with my wife & we were greeted by Ash in a professional & very warm welcoming manner. We explained to Ash that we were looking for a new bed duvet & quilts etc as we've just purchased a new bed from Dreams. Ash was so helpful & showed us through various selections including the Egyptian range. We were delighted, someone as professional and helpful as Ash was available to assist us with our selection. He is a credit to Dreams & Dreams Slough, I will be dealing with Ash more frequently when visiting Dreams during my next visit. Thanks Mr N S Chaggar

After three visits to your Slough store to decide on the appropriate bed & mattress we were after, your sales assistant could't have been any more helpful, knowledgeable or attentive to our needs & we really appreciated all the help we got & thats why we eventually made our final purchase at Dreams, Slough...

We were assisted by Peter and his customer service was fantastic! He was helpful, informative, friendly and in no way pushy. I work in sales so can appreciate a good sales person and also loathe "the pushy sale". Peter up sold a product to us through explaining the benefits and we in no way felt pressured to buy. I hope he is recognised by the business for this!
