Was served by Ash who was a lovely friendly guy, really helpful and informative, also had a good sense of humour, would definitely ask for him next time, made the effort with my little girl too Also spoke to his colleague Rob he too was super friendly and helpful We are looking forward to receiving our new bed!

Great Customer service. Colleague took the time to explain the different mattresses. Considering this was our first time buying a bed, the colleague made this extremely easy.

We were met by a sales assistant who was helpful and knowledgable. We only has a short time but we're able to make a suitable selection Ms were very happy with the cost Ondaatje overall service. Peter from the dreams store on the A 4 near Slough was great.

Movin was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He helped us while we decided between 2 beds even to the point of measuring the height of the mattress.

The salesman Ash and his colleague Rob were very informative and helpful. They were not pushy at all which made my shopping experience much easier as I usually leave a store if the salesmen follow me around too much. Information was clear and concise showing good knowledge of products. My questions answered confidently without what I call salesman hype. I felt they were professional, honest and friendly which made for a very easy transaction.

Staff was courteous and helpful. They understood my requirements and went out of the way to assist me.

The Sales advisor (a chap called Movin) was fantastic and was very helpful. He had great product knowledge and was able to suggest some great alternatives to concerns I had with certain products I had originally selected. He was the main reason the entire experience was great

As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by Ash, he was incredibly helpful. Made me feel at ease and helped with any questions I had. Highly recommend Ash, thank you for all your help!

The staff were friendly but professional and made us very ease, at no time did we feel pressurised, indeed we came back several times.
