Dreams - Slough

Khalid our salesman was very knowledgeable,and very friendly, all staff seamed in very good spirits.I just hope the efficiency is still as good ,If there is any problems when I get my bed.as I have had problems a few years ago that where never resolved.

- Systems to place order were slow - A little disappointed that free delivery was not included - More frequent delivery timetable would be a nice to have (like Amazon prime - pay extra for sooner delivery for example, otherwise if not urgent then FOC)

Khalid was very well informed and helpful. We didn't feel rushed. The shop was well staffed. The shop was well stocked but not cramped. There was a pleasant ambience within the store and among the work colleagues.

we went in not 100% sure of what we wanted but it was explained in expert detail and we were left briefly to do our own checks and then called for help and the gentleman was there to help

Ash the assistant who served me was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. i left dreams satisfied.

We were able to try out all the beds, and even retry a couple till we made our final selection. Being able to use the tempur room was most helpful

Our sales advisor ash was absolutely brilliant, his product knowledge was brilliant and his passion really shined through when speaking about the products, he made us feel really welcome and we both couldn't fault him- even offering us tea and coffee during our tempa experience! Although we thought mattress shopping would be simple - we didn't know how much choice there really was until we came to dreams and met ash, my partner and I cannot wait for our first nights sleep in our new mattress.
