I was given all the correct information on the product needed, pleasant and professional service and the goods have been delivered already, as promised. I have had previous deliveries of Furniture, Beds and Mattresses and every time have been extremely happy with the Dreams experience.😃

Friendly and knowledgeable service with a smile

The professionalism and trust created by Ash the sales personnnel inspired me to buy the products that I bought that day. I went in only to get a wardrobe but ended buying a 5 drawer units as well due to Ash's friendly manner and trust he had placed in me.

We were explained in detail about different types of mattresses. We could make a decision which mattresses to go for according to our budget.

Peter was able to give us very good advice and help us to choose an appropriate mattress

The agent who dealt with us from the moment we walked Intel we left was a gentleman named Nesti, he is a real assist to dreams and made my visitor a rel pleasure. I left smiling, happy and content.

Both the manager and Ash were very helpful during my visit to the Slough store.

Have used the store on numerous occasions and the service from the assistants has always been exceptional. Previous dealings have been with Peter, but on this visit I was looked after by Movin who was extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. My requirements were 100% met and when i explained the reason for the purchases and what I wanted to spend, Movin came up with all the right answers. In and out of the store in under 30 minutes with all requirements boxes well and truly ticked - brilliant!
