Khalid was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He showed us a variety of products with an explanation on each as to its benefits for us. There was no hard sell, he allowed us to make our own decisions whilst keeping us informed of our options.

Staff was efficient, knowledgeable and friendy. Purchase was available for a 2 day delivery and was good value for our price range.

We were only in store to have a browse and see what is available and prices, but Khalid's assistance and politeness persuaded us to purchase.

I walked through the door in conversation to my wife mentioned I no nothing about mattress a member of staff explained all the types of mattress and asked what we didn't like about our present mattress, had lots of knowledge and experience and guided us to suitable mattress we wanted . well spoken and very helpful. All the staff were excellent. Peter in particular was very friendly and helpful,very knowledgable, and struck a good balance between being helpful and attentive and giving us space to make our own mind up without too much of a sales pitch. Very impressed! Nesti was also very helpful with useful pointers and tips when appropriate and was very friendly.

The customer assistant - Khalid was very helpful and attentive from the start, he helped us find the best mattress and frame for us.

The types of mattress and bed frame we we were looking for were available, the staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to place our order speedily and have it delivered at a time that suited us, although later than we hoped. The staff had good product knowledge and understood what we were looking for however they did try to prolong our search a few times after we had decided which items we wanted to order.

Friendly. knowledgeable sales staff (Ash) but not overpowering, and allowed me time to browse. Great selection in all price ranges. Delivery boys Jerome McCoy & Michael Scott exceptional. Shoes off at the door, mattress quickly put in place without fuss and very polite & cheery. When asked about their job in a downpour they remained positive and described it as an just another adventure. I liked their upbeat attitude to the job.
