We were approached by Ash who clearly indicated which beds were what. He then took my partner and I through the store and allowed plenty of privacy while we tried each bed and discussed what we preferred. He was attentive but not over-bearing, which was the perfect combination when making a decision. I was grateful for his advice and knowledge and even happier that he allowed my partner and I plenty of space. This helped us come to an un-rushed decision and purchase right there and then.

Friendly staff, not pushy for sale, got exactly what we were looking for and a delivery date to suit us.

I was greeted warmly by a member of staff (Nesti) and offered assistance and a beverage. As I wanted to look around first, Nesti made it clear he was available should I need him and left me wander around in peace which I appreciated, because there's nothing worse than a sales assistant constantly at your side or hovering. When I had a question Nesti was knowledgeable and made sure I received the correct information. He pointed me towards the product I was looking for and let me to try it out and to take my time. Nothing was too much trouble for Nesti and I have ended up buying more products than I what came for as the experience left me completely at ease and the assistance was just right.

Ash,who served us was very patient, helpful and understanding of our needs. He made what could have been quite daunting an enjoyable experience.

Particularly impressed with the salesman, Nesti in the Slough branch. Very helpful, efficient and friendly. He had excellent knowledge in the construction of the beds which was important to us. Would perhaps like to see a larger range of bedding I.e. Duvet covers etc.... Think that lots of people would like new bedding when purchasing a new bed or mattress.

Ash had great product knowledge and from the word go was very attentive and put the customer first. He talked us through various purchase options and at no point was the customer journey broken or felt pressurised to buy.

We were attended to as soon as we walked into the showroom. The salesman, by the name of Ash, was extremely helpful and friendly and showed us many different options of beds and bases until we found what we were looking for. He demonstrated the storage facility of the base and ensured that we understood and were able to operate the storage mechanism. Payment of the bed and arrangement for delivery was done speedily and professionally.
