Dreams - Slough

We were given prompt service and explained everything we needed to know to make a decision. No hassle. Plenty of time to choose and try beds. This was our second bed purchase in Dreams and we would come back again.

I was assisted by a very friendly gentlemen who immediately understood that I had moved out and price was everything to me, although I did not want to compromise on quality. He was fast assisted by his Manager Rob who collectively found me amazing beds in clearance. I was given a tea, I felt at eased and not pushed to buy like I found the other Dreams stores. I was made to feel extremely special, even though I was buying cheaper clearance beds which is extremely rare in sales people. Even though I had 2 sales men I still never felt pushed and they left me to ponder for 20 mins (again rare in Dreams we are usually followed around and I get irritated by this). Rob went on to get me a superb deal and I have subsequently promised Rob and his team we will buy all our headboards and furniture from. By far the best furniture store we've been in since our move (and we've been in a lot), and regardless of winning anything (which would be so nice) I could not compliment the Slough team enough!! They are an asset to your company, especially Rob!

The assistant was very helpful he went through all different options with me however at first they were rather expensive so I told him my budget and he catered to my needs very well managed to get a very good product for just slightly over my budget , very happy with my purchase

I'm really like the store .I'm first time visit this store .it's very nice and clean. All staff are very nice and they talk very jenltly I'm very satisfied whatever I buy this store .

On arriving at the store we were met and made very welcome, we needed information aas not too sure of what was on offer, we were shown a video on Tempur beds and given a coffee whilst watching the video. The salesman was very very helpful and gave us all the information we required and answered our questions with great effeciency, he then left us to look around and was very helpful when we had made our mind up. We were given all the information re discounts etc., and also made us aware of all the benefits on offer, we came away very satisfied with the service we had received and the whole experience was very enjoyable, thank you for the excellent service we received.

I wish I remembered the name of the salesman and supervisor in charge during my purchase at Dreams in Slough,but they were brilliant. Helpful. and I couldnt be more thankful. I came in looking for a bed to have that evening, and ended up with a brilliant bed (clearance) and mattress and am so super satisfied. Thank you.

The gentleman in your Slough store called Rob was excellent. He was polite, professional and had a very friendly manor. He also looked into what I was looking for and called me back when he said he would and got the bed sorted for delivery for 14.07.2015, which was a very tight deadline as I was under pressure to make sure I had a bed by this date. Thank you Rob excellent service.

We were shown different types of pillows, & MOVIN, explained the different types. He also made it easy for us to choose a headboard.

We was greeted well when we went in Peter the salesman who looked after us was excellent and could not have been more helpful.10/10 Then his colleagues spoke to us and was also very helpful a great team at this store.
