Lovely salesman not pushy at all listened to my needs and was very helpful

The store was quiet when we visited so the sales assistant was able to give us time and understand the products we were looking for. We had our young son with us and the kind sales assistant gave him a balloon to keep him entertained. We were grateful for the time and help given

The store was easy to find, the Dreams team was highly understanding and they took time to draft a rough idea of our needs and they were recommending a range of products that was fitting our needs. We could try each and every one of them. What was really nice that we had time to consider and to make up our mind; we haven't been forced to make a purchase, the whole staff was really kind and extremely helpful and very friendly. Altogether we think we found exactly what we were looking for, and we bought a sweet bed on a reasonable price.

Prompt assistance from Movin on the shop Floor (Bath road, Slough); friendly, helpful and quick to show various mattresses and their differing qualities. Delivery organised quickly and within time contraints I had. Delivery of mattress: Received call from delivery men (Dean & Martin) at 8:45, giving me window 9:30 till 11:30. And called again a few minutes before actual delivery. Communication was very much appreciated. Prompt delivery at 10:10! Friendly, courteous and zippy!

Me and my husband had a good experience in dreams. We were not jumped on as we walked in and left to have a browse before being approached.. Movin Morris whom helped us was excellent.. He listened to our needs and kept choices non confusing and straight forward. The best service we have had in a long time.. Result... We got what we wanted.. perfect. And.... The salesman, Ash, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to rush the sale and encouraged met to try out different beds to ensure I made the right choice. My friend and I were offered a drink and he was very attentive, without being pushy. The experience was a pleasurable one.
