The salesperson (Charles) was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. There was a good choice of products and we were able to try each of them. The sale was quick and easy and delivery was available within a short timescale.

Katie and her colleague were extremely friendly and helpful throughout and on the 'phone ahead of my visit. Katie was very knowledgeable and conducted the buying experience most professionally and smoothly, and was most accommodating regarding the delivery details.

The sales assistant Katie was wonderful, so helpful, not pushy, quick with ideas and knowledgeable about specific and relevant ideas for products we might be interested in.

Kate or Katie (apologies) who works at the Slough Dreams store was absolutely amazing. She understood that we didn’t have a huge budget but still wanted a good product. She listened and took us to a selection of mattress that met our needs and purchased one. She’s a really good people’s person and that what is comes down too. It’s not always the product your buying it’s who your buying it from. She’s a credit to the store. I hope this is sent to her and to her manager so she is recognised for the great work she does. The service we got when at dreams slough of jahmal was extremely good, we were so impressed. He knew everything about the beds and mattresses. He offered drinks to us and advised us on suited mattresses to us. He gave us so much time and allowed us time with the mattresses to find the best product for us. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thankyou Jahmal!!!!!!

We came in and saw Jahmal. He was very friendly and informative. He put us on the sleep machine to help us narrow down what type of bed we needed. The store was very clean and there is a sanitising station by the door as you go in and out.

Service was excellent, good advice in seeking out the correct product and the sales assistant was very polite, friendly and professional.
