After shopping around for a specific bed we were able to find exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price. any additional warranty extensions were offered but not pushed too hard which isn't always the way.

I was served efficiently and got what I was looking for.

Service, attention paid

The sales person, namely Khalid was not pressurising at all - I made the purchase on my second visit and on both occasions he spent quality time with me until I was completely satisfied.

Because the sales people let us browse for as long as we liked and did not pressurise us in any way. When we needed assistance, they were right there.

The assistant was friendly and helpful. He knew when to approach us and when to back off and let us think. The products are high quality and I expect the bed, once delivered, to be perfect for us. Already been using the pillows and they are very good.

Our experience was overall very good. We came to the store to browse for a new mattress but Ash, who served us was very knowledgeable in his job, listened to what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction.

We were looking for a new bed for our toddler and the assistant was very helpful and relaxed about letting our son test out the beds and mattresses. It became a fun shopping trip for our young son and we were given space to consider what we wanted to buy.....we even managed to get a discounted Fireman Sam duvet set!
