Staff went above and beyond to let us try the mattresses we liked on the frame we wanted. Also made a lovely cup of tea!

Our new bed was delivered yesterday by Bob and Terry. They arrived promptly at the time that they had pre-arranged with me. They were highly professional, courteous, very quick and tidy in their work and also extremely friendly. They did not leave behind any packaging or sign that they had been in the house, other than the bed they installed. They really seem to enjoy their work and I feel that they provided EXCEPTIONAL service with their delivery. They are very good representatives of your store.

The salesman Khalid at the Slough store is a credit to the store and your company. We had visited a month earlier and went to several other competitors stores to see there product range. However they pale in comparison to Khalid, welcoming us back, offering tea or coffee, made us feel very at ease. His mannerism is highly professional, knowledge of the products outstanding. We had originally only wanted a bed but after been shown mattresses we purchased that as well. We will be recommending the store and Khalid to our friends and family.

We went in on a low budget, with an idea of what my daughter wanted and could afford. Ash (our salesman) greeted us as we walked in the door. He gave us a few minutes of looking around, which is nice as we didn't feel pressured, and then came and asked us if we needed help. Now we had no potential to be a huge sale, but he still treated my daughter with respect, and in a friendly and well informed manner. He gave us choices and ideas, and at no time was there pressure to increase her budget (as much as both her and myself would love an all singing and dancing bed from the top of the range). In all she came away very happy with her choice of bed, and the few freebies he gave her, all essential for her new purchase. And we got it in my car!! Also the chap that helped Ash load my car was friendly and helpful too. You have some good guys at your Slough store =)

Made to feel welcome, but not pestered. Good range of products and all information about them displayed clearly, backed up by good product knowledge of salesman.

Khalid went out of his way to resolve the problem of not initially being able to get the delivery of my mattresses by my required date. He was most personable and turned my nightmare into a dream!!
