Manraj was extremely helpful after listening to my needs and we were able to quickly narrow down (as I was short on time) from the extensive range of mattresses exactly what I needed and at the price I wanted to pay. He had a very extensive knowledge and was polite and gave service with a smile. I returned to make the purchase with Rob on the 28th April and this was all done very efficiently and I got four free Silentnight pillows with my mattress purchase!! My partner collected the mattress on the 31st April and the mattress was all ready to go , beautifully packaged and sealed, so that it would remain clean on it's travels to my son's home in Reading. All in all a very friendly and very efficient service from the Slough store.Well done!

Khalid at the store in Slough was not your regular sales man. He was genuine and soft spoken, not aggressive and pushy as some are. This makes me open up to what they have to say rather then being annoyed at the pure selling of products. He knew what he was talking about and I kept adding to the order, which I guess is exactly how do things. On delivery Ken and Vinnie brought my bed. Great guys, very polite and helpful. Great team

He was very friendly and I felt like he immediately understood my needs.
