I was served by Mr. Khalid who was really quick in understanding my needs of what product i wanted and he showed me ample options as per my needs and made me understand the configuration of each product which i was initially confused about. Mr Khalid guided me on what to buy as per my requirements and he was very polite and friendly which attracted me to go with Dreams only, as i did go to other competitive brand holders for beds and mattress and i was not very satisfied with the customer service from other competitors. Dreams got more choice of products and it was easier for me to find out what i really needed.I am really happy with my purchase and the level of customer service provided my Mr. Khalid. I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and family. Thanks.

The customer service was good and the testing of mattresses available was very good. Also there was access to your website in store which I found highly useful, so I could look.at products I viewed online. As well as this, it was good to testablished the mattresses and see which one was the best quality and compare the prices of them.

The staff were helpful and understanding. They gave us coffee while they were talking to us. They knew when to leave us alone to consider things.

Rob was helpful and knowledgeable, we were slightly disappointed that there was only one choice of mattress for the adjustable bed we chose but this is not a fault of Dreams

I have visited other stores this week to search for a mattress, however this was an uncomfortable experience as I was followed around the store and there was no patience or support from the assistants. I had the complete opposite experience at Dreams and it was a very pleasurable experience. The assistant made it easy for me to choose what I needed by explaining how the shop was organised and the different types of mattresses and their make up. His manner was pleasant and calm towards me therefore no pressure, and as I'm moving house at the moment I'm under a lot of stress, so this approach was welcomed greatly. He gave me a pillow to take with me so that I got the most out of choosing the right mattress. I was also offered tea or coffee. I felt highly valued by your company and that as a customer my satisfaction and well being was very important to you. I would have to say that the model you have of customer service is outstanding. I would definitely shop with Dreams again and make sure that my friends and family shop with you also. Thank you for meeting my needs with expert advice and excellent customer service.
