Rob the salesman was very informative ..knew exactly what we wanted when told...very polite extremely helpful.

Very good service, pleasant manner of sales man (morin) coffee provided.

I felt that the members of staff we dealt with did as much as they could to help us decide what products to buy.

The staff did not hazzle us and let us look around the store for as long as we wanted without trying to make us purchase anythikng, which put us at our ease. The staff member was very helpful once we decided and advised on different options we had with the particular bed we had chosen to purchase. The process was then very easy and plenty of option given for delivery.

I would like to highly recommend the delivery drivers deploy and John What a super efficient pair I would highly recommend them to deliver any items for me They were courteous and efficient

It was an easy experience, very friendly and welcoming environment, no pressure but assistance was on hand with expert knowledge to answer any questions I had and an understanding of the needs I have, everything about the experience was effortless, clear and with non of the sales pressure, a good explaination of all the options available to me

The service was excellent, product range good. Rather highly priced but you get what you pay for!

I was actually dealing with the store manager - simply felt like I was dealing with a friend and not just somebody who works in a shop. Very friendly, knew what he was talking about, seemed like he went out of his way to help me get exactly what I wanted and took his time with us.
