Morris greeted us and spent as much time with us as we needed.

Excellent customer service by Arfan at the Slough branch, not pushy but always available when we had a question. He was helpful in explaining the background of our final choice of Tempur mattress and the Cool touch technology. He told us about the difference between other brands and ran us through the computerised body posture scanner to help us with our choices. Excellent sales/customer service attitude.

Morris was very good to find a suitable product for us based on understanding our needs and circumstances. He was very helpful to find us a suitable product that meets our delivery timeframe and our needs. We are very happy with his service and look forward to receiving our order on 12th July.

The dreams sleep machine was impressive. All of the products were on display. The customer advisor was great and found us a mattress divan bed set combo in our price range.

We were greeted very early on and looked after the entire time. They understood our needs and outlined what we would do, after use the sleep machine we were given options considering price and left to try out and discuss them. Once we made a decision the team were very effective and efficient in taking our order. Very happy experience all round.

My experience at Dreams Slough was overall flawless. The staff are so friendly, genuine and helpful, they will go above and beyond to assist you. Arfan and Katie in particular were excellent, amazing product knowledge and they make you feel so comfortable and not rushed to make a decision.
