Dreams - Slough

I was pleased with the store the helpfulness and politeness of the staff and I got what I went in for. I bought a bed mattress and two bedside tables from Dreams 7 years ago in October which I have been very pleased with so Dreams was my first choice for more bedroom furniture.

Rob took time to explain the different mattress options as well as the various bed frame options we were considering.

Because of the very helpful staff. My wife has had cancer treatment recently and it was recommended that we buy a top quality bed to make her more comfortable and help her recovery. Most of your competitors greet shoppers at the door but seem insincere in their interest in the customer's needs, but at your store, the staff were genuinely interested and pleased to be able to meet my requirements. I can't speak highly enough of Ash who spent a long time making sure that I was 100% happy with my purchases. At no time did I feel pressured into buying anything. I will certainly recommend you to friends and family.

In this day and age time is precious, the local store is convenient and this particular afternoon I was assisted immediately as I knew which type of product I wanted to purchase. It was available for delivery much faster than lead times from other stores. Very happy overall.

Before I attended the shop , I rang the branch and spoke to one of the staff- (Movin), who actually wanted me to come to the showroom as there are certainly some products that I expect the quality and within my budget. As per his advice visited the branch , service was excellant, got the bed and mattress of good quality, only drawback was , I wanted a black or brown colour, but couldn't find on the clearance range. but bought the available one as got for good price. hence highly satisfied with prize .

Hello Dreams. Many thanks for my excellent beds. I have assembled them, and these beds are awesome. When I arrived I was greeted by Ash at the Slough store, who is very friendly and has incredible product knowledge. He took time to understand exactly what I was looking for, allowing me to try a number of different beds. Although difficult to find something same day, he took my preferences and was able to meet my requirements perfectly. He pretty much handled everything on my behalf, right down to the much needed extras (like duvet, covers, etc.) and the delivery. I was pretty clueless about beds, but Ash's support was fantastic, and he was not pushy, offered the right information. If it wasn't for this guy, I would have never of found out about the comfort and support of a Tempur pillow, which is truely amazing, and really helps me to get to sleep more easily. The Toronto bed base, although fiddly to put together at first, is very impressive in it's design and functionality. The bed I wanted was out of the time frame. So went for a different one

Just being on the side of caution having had a disastrous experience with Benson beds 3 years ago Didn't want to be sound so happy with our experience until my son had used the mattress.
