Melissa was very knowledgeable, polite, attentive, and helpful in providing advice on the items available and going through the options.

I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner asking if I needed assistance. Melissa was informative and helped me with my enquiry. What I liked was that she was not pushy and left me to look try out at my leisure. It is a real turn off when an assistant is pushy and actually makes me want to leave the store. She was helpful throughout my experience and even offered me a bottle of water whilst I was looking around. Because of her I purchased the day bed I had come to look at.

I was able to choose the bed I required with the need for storage and mattress of my choice. I was a little over budget but very happy to get what I required. Staff were warm and friendly and listened to my needs during my visit.

Kathie greeted us on arrival and helped us showing the different types of mattress available to suit our requirements.We were taken to the special bed that annalises the best matress for our medical requirements.on making our selection we were offered tea or coffee.Kathie made our visit very pleasureable.
