Lawrence holding code 903A034856 was extremely helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable about the choices and products and was at calling distance to help us with questions, which assisted with the decision. Products also met our expectation.

Lawrence was very knowledgeable and courteous through out our visit. He helped us select a mattress and bed frame.

The staff member who dealt with us, Lawrence, was extremely helpful. We were able to find what we needed with his assistance. All the products appear to be good value for money.

The customer service rep (Melissa) we had was absolutely fantastic. She really took the time to understand our needs and supported us in making the right decision. She was more like a consultant. Giving advice and guidance. The high ratings we have given today are purely down to our interactions with her. We also highlighted with the store manager as she is defiantly in our minds the platinum standard of customer services.

I believe Melissa assisted me in the store. She was the kindest, incredibly helpful and very resourceful. I have never been more impressed.
