Jamaal from the Slough store was genuinely excellent. I was thinking about shopping around in different stores but his knowledge, friendliness, helpfulness and enthusiasm made the process so easy. It really helped me make my mind up. He was patient and his product knowledge really was impressive. Overall, though I’m very satisfied with dreams, and I hope my product will be comfortable, it’s Jamaal that deserves the praise! Make the man manager!

The sales assistant whos name was Katie was very polite and friendly she was not pushy like other sales staff in other shops we visited she was generally very good at what she was doing and explained everything we needed to know

Melissa made our experience at Dreams better. She assisted us with choosing a bed and a mattress. She was very patient and performed Sleepmatch which helped to select a type of the mattress recommended for our specific needs. From the suggested options she then took us around the store and matched all mattresses to our budget. She gave us space to discuss things but always always close by to advise. Thank you

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Attentive but not pushy sales staff.Did not feel hassled .Fitters arrived on time and also helpful.
