When visiting your store in Slough on Sunday we were immediately greeted by Katie. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased a mattress for my son and was impressed at how quickly it will be delivered. I can’t fault our shopping experience and will definitely be returning in future.

The sales assistant was excellent and very patient in helping my elderly mother find a mattress. She was also very knowledgeable.

Honestly, the perfect customer service experience. Someone met us at the door, gave us the protocol with regards to Covid. Was always there to answer any questions but without hovering. Very knowledgable and really seemed to have our interests as a priority. Thank you Arfan for making this easy for us.

The staff were all very helpful and it was very easy to find the products I wanted, as the store was busy I had to wait while the member of staff who was helping was helping someone else, for this delay he included a free pillow up to the value of £50 which I think was very generous
