Dreams - Slough

I visited the Slough store and was greeted by Katie, she was so incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to understand my needs and budget and recommended me a few beds to pick, she was patient while I picked the beds that I wanted. She took me through the ordering and explained everything. She is the reason I would recommend dreams.

Jemal was friendly, explained everything and went over everything ensuring no errors. He was not pushy to get a sale which I appreciated rather just helping me see all the products I was happy with the discount which allowed me to get what I really wanted that was value for money. Really pleased with the service at slough.

Friendly and highly knowledgeable service from Anisha. Nothing was too much trouble. Coffee was a bonus and was impressed with the sleep machine.

Despite the store being busy, staff were able to advise me and allow me to test the mattress that I chose. Ordering and arranging for delivery was straightforward. The delivery date was sooner than I had expected. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't have been any good to me.

Morris who works there is a star, my second purchase with him in as many months no one else in any other shop matches his approach

We found exactly what we were looking for and for a reasonable price. We were able to buy it straight away. The assistants were friendly, helpful and not pushy. We were pleased with our visit
