Dreams - Slough

We entered the store and were instantly greeted by Jahmal. He was very friendly and informative. We used the sleep analysis which were were given sheets to lay on and the beds were sprayed, we discovered our best options then Jahmal guided us to the mattresses to try again spraying and using our sheets to lay on. Jahmal gave us information on all the products we looked and and additional information on other furniture as well as the offers that was on. We made our decision and decided to purchase them matress, Jahmal was very helpful and wrote down measurement and discussed delivery, warranty costs etc, I asked about childrens bunk beds and was guided upstairs. We went in to the store for a king size mattress and came away with a king mattress, bunk beds and the mattresses for the bunk beds all on order, we were also given matress protectors and booklets with our item print outs. Very thorough and I've previous had a bad experience with Dreams and wasn't planning to use you again but Jahmal turned that round for me at our recent visit.

Very understanding assistant, he took on board my complex needs and explained the advantages and disadvantages of all he showed us. I’ve watched You Tube videos, English and American so thought I knew quite a bit about automatic beds but there’s nothing like physically trying out the real thing and talking through the composition of mattresses and their frames.

Also he helped us to find what correct mattress based on your body .my friend was recommended to go there ,overall good customer service ,I would recommend to my friends too
