The guy who served us was very attentive and listened to our core needs and was able to provide the perfect product. The finance option made the payment super doable.. just getting it approved took quite a bit of time and a lot of the same questions were being repeated. Other than that.. great experience. I loved that I could walk away with the pillows the same day AND we were given coffees during while we waited throughout the payment process which was lovely.
