Assisted by MORRIS. Immediately approached me and partner on entering store to offer assistance. Morris began by offering hand sanitiser before offering assistance to choose suitable products. He started off by offering beverages before leading us through the process of choosing a bed frame which suited our requirements, then profiled us on the automated bed before allowing us to try each mattress suggested by the profile. Once our selections were made he guided us through the process of confirming the order and setting up interest-free finance. Although there is clearly a desire by a salesman to push for a big sale there was no feeling of pressure from Morris to simply go for the most profitable purchase. Altogether it was a pleasurable experience in dealing with Morris.

The sales assistant, Lawrence, was very helpful and had very good knowledge. He was really patient with us.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in and advised how the store was set up due to COVID. The assistant recognised me from years before and is always very helpful and understanding. His name is Morris.
