The lady we sort was very pleasant and patient as I had brought my 93 year old mother with me who needed a new mattress but was reluctant to spend much as she keeps saying she is on her homeward journey! We were shown 5 mattresses, obviously the Tempur first which was way out of her price range and value for money as she said she would not be alive to get her money's worth and didn't want the family arguing who would get it lol
