Dreams - Slough

Excellent service provided by all the employees of the Slough store especially Zara and Abdul (store manager). Initially I had come to purchase the bed on Saturday with the intention of buying the mattress online. However after receiving such great service by Zara, Abdul and the rest of the team, I came back to the store to purchase the mattress as I'd built the trust with the members of staff working in the Slough store. The entire experience from start to finish was second to none.

Sales assistant asked if I needed any assistance, informed me that he could lie paper on the mattresses if I wanted to lie on them (covid friendly) appeared genuinely happy when I was asking him questions on product knowledge (knowledge was very good) and when I told him I was buying it as I was a first time house buyer, he informed his manager who gave me a free mattress protector as a home warming present. Cannot fault this personal service which is why when I purchased my first mattress 10 years ago, I know I would be returning again which I have done now Im a home owner.
