Very pleasant and helpful member of staff, Abdul took time to explain the store and how to use the mattress comfort choice machine and was very helpful and knowledgable throughout

From the time I entered Dreams the consultant stayed with me giving me plenty of bed frame & mattress options. I was in the shop for 2 hours & the consultant never rushed me. I ordered the bed frame & mattress and left very happy. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as I was welcomed upon entry to the store. The guy was friendly and professional. He listened to my requirements. Thoroughly enjoyed the sleep test station. The guy was knowledgeable and explained the specs of the beds. The hospitality was superb, was offered a drink whilst placing my order, offered a delivery slot within a couple of days so overall, I am very impressed with the service I got from Dreams
