Good range of products and offers. Very friendly staff. Morris helped us with our needs and helped us to find the suitable item. Very professional service.

We were approached immediately on entering the store by an assistant Hadi who helped and explained everything pertaining to our needs and who saw us through the entire process of buying a mattress. He gave us time to consider all the information and try out mattresses.

The woman who helped us out (Katie) was very nice and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick a very nice mattress, even though I had a very short tim period to do so :)

The time we walked in was the pleasant welcome and while walking through a lovely attendant came and went through what's affordable and the range of the products we were looking for Was very knowledgeable and let us try the products before we went ahead with the sales Bought three beds and two mattresses All done quickly and smoothly

I was served by movin ( Morris)and he made me a cup of coffee and treated me with the upmost respect he was willing to help with all of my needs I felt very comfortable taking my time and getting the right selection for me I would recommend him to any customer going into slough dreams as he is the person to go to with his great attitude work right the way through to his professionalism in his sector this is what lead me to buy my products from dreams I will definitely be going back to dreams

Katie was so lovely and kind. She provided upstanding customer service; extremely knowledgeable, friendly, offered us hot drinks (including hot choc for our young sons!!), and conscientious. For example, she knew, without asking, when my husband and I needed a minute to talk in private but she was also attentive enough to know when we needed to ask her questions. She went above what I would say normal customer service and should be recognised - Katie is a great asset to Dreams in Slough.
