Then was taken from the more reasonably priced mattresses through to the more expensive ones. Zara explained the merits of each. We arrived close to the end of closing time but didn't feel any pressure to rush our decision. When we chose the divan she was very helpful and we found one that worked best for us. We bought the insurance (which I know you like your salespeople to sell) and Zara sold it very well. She up-sold the divan build service expertly. Double checked the order with us. Explained the finance options. A lovely lady. Really a delivered a first class customer service experience.
