Welcomed as we walked through the door. Given protective covers to use on the mattresses. Offered a drink of water. Went on the mattress assessing machine - which is great. Then was taken from the more reasonably priced mattresses through to the more expensive ones. Zara explained the merits of each. We arrived close to the end of closing time but didn't feel any pressure to rush our decision. When we chose the divan she was very helpful and we found one that worked best for us. We bought the insurance (which I know you like your salespeople to sell) and Zara sold it very well. She up-sold the divan build service expertly. Double checked the order with us. Explained the finance options. A lovely lady. Really a delivered a first class customer service experience.

Zara and Abdul were very experienced and supported us to make the right decision for our mattress. We tried the sleep match and took recommendation. Very happy with the service and would come back in the future.

I was very satisfied with the service that we received in the Slough branch. Excellent customer service from Morris he was knowledgeable and the beds, headboards. Morris was very friendly and welcoming as we enter the store.

I visited the branch in Slough and was approach by one of your friendly staff Morris. He was very curtesy and explain about social distancing in the store. He was very knowledgable about the beds and offered us beverages. The store was clean and tidy and we were allowed to try out the beds with a paper sheet to protect us and the next customer who try out the beds. Excellent customer service from Morris at the Slough branch, he deserves a pay raise. Thank you
