The two assistants were very helpful. We visited the store to buy a divan bed and headboard. The young lad, gave us all the information we needed as we wandered around the store, kept checking if we were able to find what we were looking for. He did inform us that he was going into a meeting and passed us on to the female assistant, who completed our order. Excellent service from both

upon entering the store we were courteously and pleasantly greeted by Jahmal.We made him aware of our needs and it was a pleasure to recognise immediately that he new his products well .He showed us several alternative options and your systems enabled him to advise us , apparently quite precisely, which product we could have delivery of , within our delivery requirements . We found a gentleman, who we assume was Jahmal's manager, helpfully intervened on occasions, which was appreciated . We left the store impressed by the experience . Well done to all .
