Me and my husband came into dreams to buy a new mattress. We were greeted by a very friendly dreams associate. His name was Lawrence. He first asked us what we were looking for and then he informed us that there is a new sleeping machine which would calculate which specific mattress would be best for the both of us. This was amazing as it saved so much time. Lawrence was so professional, so kind, so patient and he had a lovely sense of humour. He offered if we would like tea or coffee to drink. Everyone in the store seemed very friendly, they all smiled even though they did not serve us. In 27 years of my life, I received the best customer service ever from your store. Everything was brilliant. There is nothing that you can do to improve as everything was perfect. Thank you so much to everyone who works at Dreams, especially to Lawrence. Keep up the amazing work!!
