Very efficient friendly staff

Chetan was amazing with us, showed us all the products that suited our needs but also gave us time to look for ourselves.

Chet greater us as we arrived in the store but allowed us the freedom to browse on our own before offering help. Once it was clear we wanted some help and guidance he spoke to us, ascertained our needs, got us a drink and led us to the sleep machine to work out our mattress preference

I visited the store to buy a new bed fit my 5 year old son. Lauren the assistant who served us was amazing with my son and went through all the options with him so he could choose his own bed and headboard with minimal impact from myself. She really went the extra mile to offer excellent customer service.

Our sleep expert Natalie, went above and beyond with us. She was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the mattresses. She made the buying experience very smooth and pleasant. As well, we are happy with the delivery time at just under 10 days. The buying process was quick and easy. I would return to Dreams again any time for anything bed related. Thank you to Natalie for her support and service and to Dreams for their exceptional products and buying process.
