I was highly satisfied with my experience with my visit to Dreams as I was greeted with a smile when I first went into the store and asked if I need help, which I did. The assistant was so very helpful and easy to talk to. As I need extra time because I am very slow she was very kind and went at my pace and the went away and left me to make up my mind in my own time. She was very helpful with the prices as I am on a budget. I did make a purchase of a mattress. I bought my last 2 beds from what was Bensons For beds and have always been very satisfied and happy with them.

The process was very thorough, organised and calm. The hygiene measures in place were adhered to without being restrictive or clinical. The sales advisor was knowledgeable, friendly and patient and we didn’t consider going anywhere else due to the service we received.

The assistant that assisted us during our visit was attentive and his product knowledge was impressive! He listened to our needs and took time to find us a bed and mattress that suited our needs . Nothing was too much trouble for him ! We would strongly recommend’Dreams’.
