Chris was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and budget and provided assistance and guidance that led to a sale. Dreams have put excellent steps in place to keep customers and colleagues safe and well. We were greeted, offered drinks, provided with a pillow and given the sleepmatch experience. Well done
