The sales advisor was very polite and professional explaining the different products available without being pushy at all. We were offered a mask and gloves and use of gel etc on entry and coverings were put on all mistresses we tried. We would happily recommend the store to anyone.

On entry to the store we were greeted immediately by a delightful lady (Natalie). We were offered hand sanitizer, water and PPE. Then after ascertaining what we were looking for were shown a range of products and used the hi tech mattress selector. Natalie's knowledge and customer service was exemplary.
