We made an appointment and on arrival at the Store we were greeted by Christopher who was very friendly and firstly and very efficiently took us through the H & S procedures in place. We then explained what we were looking for which he understood completely and within a short period of time was able to identify our options and the particular benefits of each. We were given as much time as we needed to test and re-test the options until we made a decision on our purchase. Following our selection we were then taken through the additional options and delivery details before placing our order and paying. We were offered refreshment while we were in the store. The whole process was efficient, friendly and a pleasure. We have ordered exactly what we were looking for and are very happy with the value for money.
