On my visit to the store my husband and I was greeted by really friendly staff who offered us a hot drink and gave us a little time to look around which was great as I hate pushy sale people. When we needed help the sales assistant Lauren help us with all the information we needed to know then offered us to lie on the bed which helped with finding our mattress which was great. Lauren then showed us a number of beds and mattresses to try out and shared all the knowledge about the mattresses and the bases. Lauren gave us some time to think about the bed and the cost. We chose our new bed with the help of Lauren she gave us all the important information we needed to know. The sale went through very smoothly and clearly.
