Chris was wonderful, he greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. He took the time to explain everything to us in great detail and was very informative. He offered us a warm drink and gave us pillows to use when trying out the bed too. He couldn’t have done more for us world class service.

We really enjoyed the sleep test that we were given to help us decide on a mattress that would suit us. This helped us find a perfect match and we didn’t have to lay on every bed in the store, which saved us a lot of time.

The young woman went into great deal about the different types of mattresses. She appeared very knowledgable but not at all pushy. Her name was Lauren.
