I visited the store with my young child to purchase a new child’s single mattresses. Natalie served us and was brilliant with my son, keeping him involved and interested. Also very knowledgable and new which products to recommend based on my needs

Natalie was fab, she was very helpful an knew what she was talking about to help us find the right mattress in our price range.

Natalie or sales person, from start was very professional, friendly, and helpful, we were not intending to actually purchase that day but we were convinced by her, would definitely return to Natalie again.

Mark was extremely helpful and listened to what our needs were, he never rushed us and offered great product knowledge and a drink if we wanted one. We both came away saying how helpful Mark had been and how he made the whole process easier for us.

Lauren was very informative and helpful and made a fantastic coffee. Left us to think about what we wanted after she had matched us to a mattress. Advised us on purchasing bedding etc. Nice to be served by someone who has a passion for beds!

somone was available to help us straight away. very friendly. looked after our daughter with a drink and colouring things.

When I arrived at the store an assistant was immediately available to assist me. I was offered the sleep master so the best type of mattress for me could be suggested. I was offered a drink. All the different types of mattresses were explained to me.

Lauren was very attentive and knowledgeable. She even converted the measurements of the items I was interested into inches as that's the system I'm more familiar with. She took a great deal of care and attention in understanding my priories, and through careful questioning narrowed down the options for the 'extras' and configuration of the one double wardrobe.

I was Lauren's only focus Knew the layout of the store to direct me to the different types of mattresses Took the time to understand what I required and then liked and disliked. Store was clean and tidy Comprehensive explanation of all the different types of mattress Explained all of the services and extras available without being pressuring Although I knew what I wanted double checked to ensure I hadn't missed anything else without trying to upsell
