Natalie showed great knowledge of all the products she showed us and listened when wee specified what we were looking for. She was very attentive but also not too pushy.

Mark was helpful but not at all pushy. He understood our needs and was welcoming. He, crucially, left us alone to enable us to make our decision. When it came to finalising our purchase Mark was helpful and gave us time to make the decisions that we wanted to. He did not force the issue of insurance but offered and allowed us to make our own minds up. We had specific requirements for delivery and these were easily met.

Was met by very friendly and helpful salesman. He listened to our requirements as assisted us seeing what mattress suited us. He then got us to sample all recommended mattresses until we found the one. Order process quick and efficient.

Chris was extremely helpful, you had the products we wanted and the ordering process was very smooth.

The person who served us was superb. We also looked in Bensons for Beds but the care and time taken by Dreams was far superior, particularly when choosing the mattress. The product knowledge was also very impressive. We will definitely be going back to Dreams to buy a bed for our guest room in the near future.

I just loved how knowledgeable the assistant was and patient with us as we tried all the different beds and kept asking lots of questions, he wasn't pushy, he just helped us make a really difficult decision an easy one, we came in this time last year and walked out without purchasing anything as didn't have a great experience, so we thought we would give it one more go....and boy we are glad we did....we were wowed by the sleepmatch, great idea
