The level of customer service was outstanding!!! Thought the process of buying a new mattress was going to be long and stressful, I couldn’t of been more wrong. Thanks to the helpful sales assistant we left extremely happy with a mattress, quilt and a new set of pillows 😊 Thank you very much!

We did not know what to look for until the store assistant took us under her wing. She was highly informative and very friendly that is why we were highly satisfied.

I went in for a sofa bed. I was showed around by Lauren I think. She was very friendly and showed me exactly how the bed works. Gave time out to show me a few others

Plenty of assistants to help us

Lauren was super helpful and knowledgeable, she was polite and friendly and knew when to leave us alone for a finance chat and when to ask if we needed more help. She got the kids hot chocolates when we were dealing with paperwork which helped too!

Your customer assistant was very attentive and made my wife and I feel as though we were the only people in the store. He recommended that we try the "sleepmatch" machine and then took us to several types of mattress for us to try. We were under no pressure to decide, he just waited patiently and answered all of our questions. Overall, a very pleasant sales experience - Thanks and well done Chet!

As customer I told the assistant exactly what I wanted and my budget. I had been assessed on the sampler bed. 3 matresses were within my range and I made my choice. The whole transaction was quick and satisfactory.
