Our assistant Lauren was very attentive and had excellent knowledge of the products. She put my son Harry on the sleep panel analysis bed,which was excellent. She made us a cup of tea and had great sales techniques but was not pushy. When we came into the store she was welcoming and very attentive. She made the process very easy.

We had an idea of the mattress we wanted, the assessment machine confirmed the type of mattress and there was a good selection on display. Mark answered all our questions and was not at all pushy.

Chet was helpful and quick to recommend a range of beds to choose from. Picking a mattresses was a breeze, simple and quick. Thanks for all your help!

Mark has been fantastic. He is superb and has a really good way of communicating about the products to the customer. He put us on the sleepmatch to get the perfect mattress. Then he showed us a wide range of mattresses. He also offered a drink which was a very kind gesture. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 salesman.

I was very impressed with the service given and did not at any time feel pressured into buying.
