Dreams - Solihull

Just getting over recent spout of sciatica & needed to up-grade to a more functional mattress for back issues. The assistant who served us also suffers with the same condition so was very helpful in understanding our needs.

From start to finish we was made welcome and relaxed. The sales man gave us all the info needed but wasn't pushy.

Chris in the Shirley Dreams store was exceptional in being able to answer every question we had and assist us as every step.

Great service from Mark at Dreams Solihull. Very patient and friendly and fantastic customer service.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Mark, he explained to us the sleep match bed and we could have a go, he also offered us some tea or coffee. We then looked around to find a bed we liked, we went back to Mark who then set up the sleep match bed for us to find our perfect mattress, he also gave us some of the tempura pillows to try. We then tried a couple of the recommend mattresses until we found one we loved, we then purchased this along side the pillows which we found extremely comfortable, and also the bed, bedside tables and ottoman box to complete our new bedroom set.
