Excellent customer service - really nice child’s mattress exactly what I was looking for and reasonable price with 20% off. Bought straight away.

The store assistant listened to what I was looking for due to lower back problems and guided me to suitable products. The explanation of how they worked was encouraging that the product has a great chance of going a long way to make a nights sleep more comfortable. The store assistant did not persuade me to buy any product but purely gave me options.

The sale assistant Lauren was very helpful and understanding our news .she never put us under any pressure and allowed us to take our time .

Initial contact with assistant was extremely helpful, but not intrusive. We were not ‘followed’ round the store, but were immediately supported once we’d ‘stopped’ & were very happy with that support.
