The staff in store couldn’t do enough. They were really friendly and welcoming, not pushy at all just informative about the products. We dealt with Mark on the purchase of our Bed and Chris on the purchase of our mattress. Both guys are a great asset to your business!

We had spent time in other stores looking at beds, when we looked in your store, we were left comfortably alone for a short time; then approached and asked if the assitant could help us and then exactly what we were looking for and our budget etc. He was able to offer good advice and more importantly meet our delivery requirements. Assistant was friendly and had a sense of humour which all made for a great experience.

Bill was very friendly and helpful, he allowed us plenty of time to make our decision, We also found the experience with the mattress diagnostic system helpful as it helped to identify what sort of mattress we should be looking for

We were looked after by a salesman called Bill who was very knowledgeable, friendly and good at his job. We didn't feel pressured to purchase and took our time to make up our minds as the mattress was expensive.

Sleep is the key human need. Mattress selection is key to that. I had a computerised 'Sleepmatch' assessment to help me be more confident that my purchase would not be unwise. The performance of Dreams staff Lauren was perfect and she was completely in tune with my needs.

Well as you see, I had a bloomin' perfect experience. I don't think I've slept normally for years; just got used to my own experience. Total knee replacement 2 weeks ago pushed me over the edge to be more comfortable at night. Phoned Silent Night and wasn't impressed. Phoned Lauren, Dreams in Shirley and what I got back was a comforting, not pushy personal invitation to come and see her. 1 hour later I met her hoping not to spend more than £400 on a mattress! (And that's a lot of dosh to me, retired NHS!) I "sleep" on a single bed in my snoring room (next to flight simulator; underneath Sopwith Camel propeller). Lauren put me straight on a bed and started a computerised analysis; and then onto the recommended bed. The whole experience was unbelievably pleasurable AND educative! Just a while later, as I hobbled out on crutches I thought "blimey, I've just spent £1200! ….. but it is definitely the right thing to do ….. I don't mind!"

Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable, at no point tried to push us towards any of the options, he listened to what we said and provided options based on what we had said about some of the products.

Excellent knowledgable polite service both in the store and when your team turned up and delivered the products. Really good texting system that narrowed down delivery time so I could plan my day accordingly. First rate 👍
