We were blown away by the service provided by store assistant Mark. He was genuine, polite, knowledgeable, kind and a thoroughly nice person. He took all of our needs on board and was able to find us the perfect product. We came away completely satisfied. Mark and his team are a credit to the store. They were all friendly and all wanted to help. They offered my family members drinks, a seat and to take away our rubbish bottles. Well done dream at Solihull.

Your assistant Mark was very helpful and Product knowledgeable. Suggested we used the Sleepmatch bed which helped with our choice of mattress. He also supplied us with a drink while we completed the sales formalities.

I was greeted on entering the shop and straight away listened to what I needed. Showing me several mattresses. I ended up also buying the base and headboard

I attended Solihull branch and was met by Bill, he was very friendly and knowledgable on exactly what we were looking for. We cannot praise him enough for all his help and assistance in choosing exactly what met our needs with a no rush attitude. He made us feel totally at ease, this was a major factor in securing our purchase.

Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us we were very undecided but the staff helped us through it and we came out very satisfied with our purchase
